This character his name is EEAR, and don't belong to any well-known race in the history of mythology for me. The concept it's like a type of Golum by far muscle. I need your critiques and advices, please. I want to develop his body with zspheres, how I do it?

You'll find several zsphere 'templants' here to get you going and lots of information to help you out. Feel free to start posting under the thread where everyone will get an alert and be happy to help you out. It's a lot of reading but worth it to help prevent known problems. ;)
