I like 1024 x 768 but i find it too small for z-brush. Whats the best setting and would i have to change the font size for anything?

thanx
Evoken ;)

I use 1600x1200. (21 inch moniter.) The only problem for me is that ZBrush has trouble updating things on the right panel at this resolution. I often close and reopen it, because of this. Gives me lots of space though. :)

1280x1024, but what I really need is a monitor that can display 8000 x 6000. :)

i like 1024 x 768. It seems a little small but i can see the whole canvas and fit a lot of panels on the left and right so i dont mind. :)

1280x1024 on a 21"
1280x768 on my 17"

I find 1600 is a killer on my eyes and my tablet is harder to handle at this size. I cranked the refresh rate up to 85hz and this seems fine with current monitor.

Hey, I can't find the web-page anymore, and have spend the last 1/2 hour trying to find it, but there was a guy in Australia who managed to hook up his computer to some machine that pumped it out onto an Imax screen!! It was quite a laugh. His cursor was a big as he was standing up! It was for an Animation Master project.... end of last year sometime.

Ever since I've had Windows XP I can now run my 17 inch monitor at 1600 X 1200. Magic stuff with ZBrush!!!
Upham :)

:b4: :b4: Alright ZBers :b4: :b4:

I am NOT a Hitler follower. ;)

The link I had posted was directed to an article about a Sony Headset that creates the virtual appearance of a 52 inch monitor while looking at a 21 inch monitor.

You can all stop hassling me on the hate crime crap via email. EZ I was NOT trying to infer anything. I was actually trying to share a laugh.

Unfortunetly the news site did NOT cooperate.

I have deleted the post with the updated and incorrect URL.

Everyone back off.

Thanks, WingedOne. Those are some pretty nifty goggles -- can't wait to see them in the store to check out.

Now hopefully that URL won't change, too...
