How do i render?

the little camera icon at the top is the render pallette..open that up and the top left box in that little menu is the "best" render option...click that and it will render..

but how i can export that?

After you have done a best render, go to Document>Export to save your rendered image. It is recommended that you first press Ctrl+0 to turn on the Half-Sized Antialiased View, which will give crisp, smooth edges to the exported document.
