nice, heres my two cents:I think you abusivly used the smudge tool, your feathers look like they have (or are) spikes. Also I don't see what the empty space on the right is for.

Very Cool work!! Really reminds me of painter Uglow. Some of his work almost has an anime feel to it even though its oil. Only thing that bugs me is her right hand...almost seems to wide or something. But again very nice work!
