HI all,

My latest import into zBrush. Just finished with my creasing and grouping for zBrush and ready for the fun part.

If anyone knows of a good tutorial for armor or hard surface sculpting in zBrush please let me know? I can smooth out the lumpiness for skin and have an organic look, but I'm not sure how to start with the armor, as it needs to be prefectly smooth in some areas.

I'll post the sculpts later this weekend.

Good start. Really loking forward to seeing where you take this. Be nice to see someone take on The Lizard seeing as how Sandman and Venom took the big screen next summer. If you're up to switching it up a bit that is.;) Still, really great start. You're base mesh is very nice. I'll be checking back for updates. Cheers!

Thanks for the coments. I'm a huge Marvel comics fan, but he's not THE Lizard. Of course I could give him a lab coat and make him the Lizard, hmmmmmm. SM3 should be awesome.

He was modeled in 3ds Max, where I do most of my poly modeling. He will have armored plates on the chest, thighs, knees, and belt areas, and that is where I am looking for suggestions. Doing armor in zBrush is proving difficult. Doing the scales is really fun though I'll post some of the tests. ZBrush is great for scaley detail.
