HEEELP! I reinstalled Windows and I can't run ZBrush!!

Hello people.
Unfortunately after reinstalling my OS and
drivers my ZB doesn't go even with the
license file in the directory. It asks
me for a serial number but I don't remember
if I got any from Pixologic when I got my
Ulicense.zul file as my mail was deleted
as a lot of other stuff from my hard disk.
Shall I ask a serial number to Pixologic
or I can just do some file movements and
start to ZBrushing again?
