I have drawn the sketch, for understanding final composition.

I know it's a wip but here's what I see for now;
I think you need to add the gravity deformation and shape randomness on your belly and butt just like in the drawing you made because now it's too round and perfect and doesn't look organic and part of the character.
just pointing it out eventhough you are probably already working on it:tu:

Great character! I like all the details you added to the torso. I feels like he's very heavy and old. Also the anatomy and muscle defenition looks very nice!
I think hands and toes need a little bit more of work also.

It looks like he is made out of marble though. I think it comes from the fact that the red stains are too evenly placed around the model...

i like the model. however, as you already mentioned i also think something is not right with the feet.
its not small details, rather its the entire form of the feet. looking at the character he looks quite heavy. but his feet does not look like he is standing on them. the flesh around the feet may need to settle down closer to the ground. im not sure if that makes sense.
also, i dont think this model really needs any more high frequency detail for the skin quality it has and i like the hand the way it is now.
anyways great work as usual
