Portrait of Lenny

My first attempt at a portrait/caricature of Leonard A. Schneider http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/zbc_uploads/user_image-1011245550uvu.jpg This is my first try at portrait of Lenny--there has to be another one because I just read that he had blue eyes..not brown..and brown hair not blue/black--and of course he wasn't cast in gold either--tho his legacy to comedians world wide is worth gold..

Lenny Bruce eh....The original foul mouth..gigle...I have seen some of his old clips when he was alive...everything I saw of him was black and white though...so hey he could have been gold :) very nice image...cant wait to see your next rendering :tu: :tu: :tu: I love the iris's

Great portrait Robbo you've captured his character well.

I saw Eddie Izzard doing Lenny a coupla years ago in a play. It was almost as if he was Bruce. I couldn't imagine the man himself performing the Lone Ranger scetch any better.

hey Robbo those doleful eyes in the second portrait are spot on.

BTW I notice the reference to Zappa in the poster. Zappa produced Bruce's triple album "live at carnegie hall".
