I know, this has probably been done to death.
But I've beenw orking in z brush for a few days nad I've been working we getting the tools down, I'm understaning mouse movements and such..
but the problem I'm having is working with the correct ZDepth/Tool Settings with the Push/Pull effect..
I was able to do the little mini-tut that was on the ZBrush site ("Modeling a begging") or whatever it was.. It was also on Auricks site I believe..
Are there any little tips and tricks for ZDepth/Brush size?
Other than, Big Brush->Big Effect..
Dave
Check out this thread (http://www.pixolator.com/zbc-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=004040) for some answers that should help. I created a ZScript tutorial there, too.

Well I read that And watched the script...
But my question still remains, although there was cool stuff in that script.
My Question is.. How do you know when to change the ZIntensity or (RGB for that matter) the Draw Size?
Or do they get changed at the same time?
See this is where I'm having problems.. I'm trying to Model a face, and I find that It's kinda hard to make the "Push/Pull" effects to where they want to be.. I continue to play with the tools... I was just wondering..
Thanks
Intensity means how much do you want to apply..
RGB means Color...
a sample would be if i was to have my RGB 10 which means Low that would apply the color very little..
if i chose RGB 100 the color would go on it pure color you can test it by applying RGB low then RGB high to see the effect....
Draw size means the SIZE if you were to draw a bump on a 3D object in edit mode if your draw size Low it will make a little Bump if the draw size like on 80 it will make a Big Bump.... iF Your haveing a hard time place your curser to push pull your model go to the ZScript pallete and load the Start_Modeling.txt.
you said My Question is.. How do you know when to change the ZIntensity or (RGB for that matter) the Draw Size?...
thats some thing you will have to deside and learn to your liking a sample would be i had a sphere i want to make a nose so i boost my draw size up OK now i want to make a eye brow sooooooooooo i set my draw size small...

Well I understand that RGB means color and ZRGB is Depth and color..
I just wasn't sure how it applied..
That is much clearer.. I understand what you mean... Just got to do a lot of trial and error I guess.. :)
Thanks all..
if your not sure what some thing does put your curser over it and hit your CTRL key on your keyboard and it will tell you
