I think you really should try a better material, and maybe use a different color for the background too. Right now it's way too contrasty and black-metallicish.

I agree, unless it's supposed to be a metal dragon, the saturation and shine should be toned down. The geometry is really great though.

I like the general shape and feel, but it's not as powerful as it could be. I think the eye placement is too far back on the head. It just seems a bit out of place.

The rest looks good, but maybe add a texture along with the material to bring out certain areas over others.
