A great deal. I only have Poser 5, but it still feels like a brand new program in many respects.

I've been using Poser to assemble ZBrush parts and the .obj files seem to work well in other software. The rendering in Poser 6 is pretty good as well and it has sss and displacement. Also useful for a quick animation or to pose a body part quickly.
