Hi Tejani, welcome aboard. :)
The advice from RC is sound and fundamental to progress.
I too came to ZBrush as someone with no artistic training or drawing ability. I don't think it need handicap your overall progress with this (or many other suitable graphics software packages), but you may find it restricts your abilities in certain areas (e.g. in my case drawing/modelling human figures).
However I suspect a lack of drawing ability may well rule out the idea of a professional career in illustration. Keep trying - you never know, your drawing skills may well improve sufficiently, but I would recommend that you don't focus too strongly on the professional aspect - go for the pure enjoyment of creating, then think again about a professional career if you think your skills have improved enough to support that option. If you are serious about the latter, you will probably need to undertake some formal course of study leading to a qualification in an area of art and design appropriate to your work aims.

I agree with the practice, practice, practice advice. I certainly haven't mastered anything as well as I would like to but I sure have come a long way in 8 months. The more you know the program - the more you can do with it. The tutorials, and the extra zscripts that people post from time to time are incredibly valuable learning tools. Watch for anything new and try it out. But Flycatcher is right, you need to have fun doing it. It's hard to be creative when we put indue pressure on ourselves.
So have fun and Welcome!
