The mountain look low poly, before rendering divide it to have more polygons.

No, I did not enlarge the picture later, but I did not do a anti-aliasing either.

I did not know that I could divide on the polygons in alpha century? This should be done on the 3d plane?

To get the best results you should size your canvas to double what you want and then click on AA Half (right side of the default setup). Also make sure the "Quick" render button is off when you do a final rendering.
