First texture in Zbrush

I did not find the GUI very intuitive but have finally gotten the hang of the program. I have uploaded my first texture created using a photo reference as in the tutorial. I LOVE Zbrush. I've been working in Shade and Poser for a while but always had issues with photo reference texturing. Constructive criticism is appreciated.
