My first thoughts are that he looks a little rigid, like perhaps he has a board running the length of his spine!! :) I would try and losen him up a little. The hands remind me of a blown-up dish gloves right now, they need a more natural pose. There is something about the feet that seems odd, but I can't put my finger on it... perhaps they need to point out slightly. Right now they look too straight out. This could be a camera/perspective thing.

Anyway... it is a good start. You just need to give him some character... losen him up!

Yes, he looks rigid but I wouldn't worry about that until you repose him in another app.
Just refine the winkles of the clothes and remember that under them there's a body that has it's own volume.

Keep on posting, this could turn out pretty cool ;)

Oh! And the gun seems a bit small

If it were mine, personally I would put a tiny detail of nails on his hand, just so they break up the fingers, and id break up his chest by adding either a cloth material or muscle definition.

The head is Excellent though ! :D Well done!
And yea hes obviously posed like that for rigging purposes right?
