I am looking for a training DVD to learn zBrush 2. Which one would you recommend for a novice to zBrush?

"Get Into Zbrush" by Glen Southern is a good one.

You can get it at http://www.kurvstudios.com/zbrush/

Glen also has 3 free tutorial videos available at kurvstudios, they're definitely worth checking out.

The included zscripts worked well for me.

Yes I heard about the zScripts and even saw a few, and they don't work for me. I prefer a audi-video format with a tutor explaining what is going on.

Yeah, same here mate ;) Zscripts are fine for very short simple stuff, but watching one after the other as a means of learning Zbrush just confused me! I'd go for the 'Get Into Zbrush DVD' I bought it and found it to be really helpful and easy to follow. Good value considering you get over nine and a half hours of vid tutorials!! The Gnomon DVD's are very good, but way to brief for the price in my opinion. Same goes for the 'Digital Tutors' stuff.

Here's a direct link to Kurv Studios FREE Zbrush tut's: http://www.kurvstudios.com//free_tutorials/zbrush_free_tutorials.php?s=-1&u=2131

They were good enough to get me up and running in Zbrush.

:D

I thought the Kurv Studios DVD would be good. I just ordered it. Thanks.
