First Model (trying) - Who is this?

Hi,

Just started with ZBrush today. Tried to read as much as possible before starting to play around. Eventually I would like to be able to make realistic looking heads/torso's with this program. This is my first try. Now before I continue on this fella.....who does he look like? I have the feeling he looks like some actor or something :) Would be a nice challange to use a ref pic and try to make him look like someone real. Any ideas (or tips on the model)?
