For a beginner I think this is great and way ahead of anything I did when I first started with ZBrush. Well done :)

At this point I recommend looking into creating some alphas so you can add another layer of detail like skin pores etc…

I agree, great understanding of modeling.

Textures need some work, and the eyes. Look into lighting and shaders as well

thanx guys it means alot to me but aboute the alphas i dont know how to use alphas and i dont know how to make alphas for skin but i ordered a dvd from gnomon workshop its the head sculpting and texturing dvd :D i think the dvd will help me alot thank you gnomon:D
