This is just a head study and I'm not shure if it's going to be finished some day soon but just wanted to show off one of my first works done in Zbrush.

Nice, solid work, especially for a beginner. Screen capture eh? I was doing those the first few days with Zbrush. Just save your document to get a proper/better image ;)

Very nice start. I think it lacks consistancy, meaning, comparing the eyes with the mouth, the mouth needs to be a little more older looking, the ears should be larger as well. For the eyes to be that sunken in I feel that the person must be really old. Good start, keep working :)
