OK... after the nice feedback I'll put another round of detail on it. Maybe it would be nice to put him onto a real desk... An a single pen is feeling lonely as well....

Fun idea.

My thoughts are rotate the cup a bit so it's not such a straight on view. The pencil ought to be resting against the lip on the bottom (angled more), and a more metallic look for the head holder, oh and the pencil needs to look used i.e. not so sharp.
