Why do I always ***** up UV. No UV tool in Zbrush. Hurry up, add UV tool into zbrush.
What is happening with your UV's? There is probably a solution, but without more information it is impossible to help you out.
ZBrush does not change the UV coordinates for an imported object. However, every 3D program uses its own world coordinates, which means that the UV's wrap differently from one to another. Correcting for this is usually a simple matter of flipping the texture vertically in ZBrush using the Texture>FlipV button.

UV screws up for me even when I edit Zbrush's sphere primitive. When I first create the sphere, the UV's fine, I can paint with texture master just fine. But after some editing, and the UV would just ***** up, when I paint on the modified sphere, nothing would happen cause the UV got all messed up.
send me a private message with a ZScript ill take a Look at The problem and see if i can pin point your problem
Messed up UV coordinates will cause a texture to smear, smudge or distort across the surface of an object, but will not prevent you from applying a texture. What, exactly, is happening? The more info that you give, the more likely we will be able to find the cause. Believe me -- there is nothing about ZBrush that will prevent you from texturing an object. So we should be able to find the solution for you.
By the way, which version of TextureMaster are you using? Please make sure that it is revision E. If it's not, that could be the problem. You can download the newest version in the New Users QuickLinks.
