View Full Version : Looking Down At Tranquility Bay
This is the result of further experimentation. It is a birds eye view of the area. Comments welcomed, pro/con. http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/zbc_uploads/user_image-1014428320lfb.jpg

Beautiful Doc! I love these banked camera angles, and the surf-line is perfect. The stages of depth in the water comes across perfectly as well. The only thing that I think would improve it is to leave the surface of the sea clear...I don't think the colour works, and in fact the object distracts from the composition.
But this is one of your best ones yet!

Thanks SC. This started as a doodle and just evolved, I tried to remove the different colors in the water but was unable to at that time, so I decided to post it anyway as it was an interesting image that turned out a lot better than I thought it would. I will try again and see if I can overcome this small hurdle, and post an update when it is ready.

ZOOOPER, DeeVee! what do you think about implementing a AtomArtSeagull (http://www.cyber-webs.com/zbrush/AtomArt.htm) or even a few of them into here and play with the depth-cue-renderer? i am sure they would love to be sailing above tranquility bay, Paradis-land :D
