Another character for my film Ive put together this arvo, based on an actual character.

My first portrait...

Not going for a totally accurate model as it would be impossible to animate (eyebrows for example and closed mouth) but crits very welcome.

Hmmm he doesnt look like my side of the family but he definitely has a prescence about him :D Well done and great sculpting ! :tu:

Two areas stand out to me:

1. The nostrils look wider than in the picture.

2. The mouth is frowning. In the picture he's got a sort of smile.

You are right regarding both points Trybal, I'll get to it... at some point, so many characters to build.

It been a while since I came to this post and while becoming frustrated with some probs (PLEASE feel free to check out the trouble shooting threads:)) I felt like having a play and messed around with Mr Munro for about an hour...

Might use him as a morph.

I agree with Trybal on the mouth but the nose looks ok to me, it's hard to see from the picture because the light source is too intense. Great job overall, very very good :)
