Hi!
This is my first character head for game cutscennes. I made the base mesh in wings them add some details and textures in Zbrush. I hope you like it :)

Hi, i'ts not too bad but the ear doesn't look right nor does the mouth area..
I can describe to you what I think is wrong with the ear, but the best way for you is to go and look at your ear in the mirror or get some reference images. It looks too sharp and crisp, where it needs to be softer, smoother, flow into the base skin of the ear more.
The mouth looks too long on the upper part between the base of the nose and the top lip. The whole mouth/face is just not in it's natural position for that pose of having the mouth open.
Hi,
to me the whole character looks off. The line of jaw, the cheeks, the mouth, the eye are not in harmony, like they were collected from several very different type of man. And the eye is too small. If the guy is a fat one, then there should be more fat around the eye, if not, there should be less fat on the face. It looks like that you payed attention on the eye are and the ears (which looks very good to me!) but you paid almost no attention the the details around the nasolabial furrower, the brow area, the corner of mouth, the side of the temple, etc.
All in all the character has not detailed enough and the most critical parts. I think less detail on the pores and more on the skinfolds gives better results. But that`s only my opinion.
Cheers,
Jester
