Another somewhat sleepless night..grrrr...but I wanted to try something I normally don't do tonight...use zspheres to model one of my head models....this is about a 2hour progression so far....that includes cigs and pizza :) I didn't post my zif starting point head...but I will post the script I made to start my zif head...from left to right ..
1. create raw zsphere head(not shown)
2. model it and the base and increase the density of the preview as I progressed...
3. I then took the model in pic 2, and inflated it to 17 or so I believe...
4. 3rd pic, I added sphere eyes and stock teeth on separate layer.
5. painted the eyes and shaded them and the teeth and began playing with my lights and render settings
6. pic4 I began to paint the head on its own layer...no texture work with skin alphas have been used yet....all spray stroke and drag rectangle with simple brush and or highlighter brush....
7. pic5 I played with the contrast and brightness controls in the Adjustment sliders on the Render Panel...did a best render and here we are to date....

Hopefully I wont lose any of the pics as I finish this guy up sometime after I awaken from my ancient slumber today...I will update the little image progression. Any questions I will try to answer if I can...Hope this helps someone...Here is the zscript to start the head zifs...Havent checked it to see if it works yet though...lemme know....someone else had shown me the original zif script for heads...well at any rate there are no real new tricks here..but I had recieved a couple of requests to explain how I did stuff...so this is pretty much it...update this later today...

rawzifHeadBaseStart1rh.TXT (http://www.pixolator.com/ubb/uploaded_files/user_file-1081669909qyn.txt)

I hope that script works..if not lemme know and I will take it down unless someone has a fix for it...thnx

I will try to finish out this sometime today...

Ron

Edit
All stages of the head and stuff are done...any questions just ask and I will gladly respond. Thnx for those that showed interst..

omg...well without going back thru a ton of cd's..this is one of my first ones...if I come across my v1.0 earlier heads I will post it...but this was one that looked a bit like Geraldo Rivera ...and one of the first I posted on my gallery....     http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/uploaded_from_zbc/200404/user_image-1081671429ejs.jpg
took the pic down and linked instead of wasting thread space.

I probably need to go thru my gallery and delete 90% of that ole stuff...lol...thnx for the compliment Fouad.....I have made a little bit of progress since the 1.0 days...I admit to that ...

edit..searched back far as the forum would allow and found this early stinker ...I had just came to the forum a few months earlier.....omg....well we had to start somewhere. :)

Very early Image on ZBC (http://www.pixolator.com/zbc-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=004124)

well that geraldo head and the other link I posted really suck..and that was the point of posting those..per Fouad's request...I think he wanted a comparison of my older work vs today's level....but thank you for your kind comments...time to run errands....laterz.
Happy Easter

I found a pic of a operating room of sorts and applied that with flat material on a 3d plane and put it on its own layer as a backdrop for this head....here is the final head...thnx for your patience.
