Actually, this is a really good start. The eyes and nose look very good. The top lip needs work, though .. grab some photos from the net, or borrow a Women's magazine (a great source of close-up pics of skin, hair, eyes, lips etc) and you'll see what I mean. For texturing, you should work through the second half of the ZB2 pdf .. great practical stuff in there.
btw .. don't forget to save your tool, clear the window, double the document size, switch to AAHalf and redraw your model before rendering or taking a screen-grab .. gets rid of all those nasty jaggies.
thanks for the advices Moochie.
An update with better image quality.

What i have found so far about texturing is that u use a basic colour like u have now and the use the Highlight brush to add highlight and darken places on the model and since u say you ve got experiance with drawing this will be an easy task for u ;) Then u use different kinds of brushes to add more details and different colours. Try to blend them nicely together. When u use the skin shader all the colours look alot more subtle but they make the difference! Hope i helped :D
thank you for the advice meletis.I think i also need to get a better balance between texture and material.Actually Material kind of " eat " the texture.
I thinking about making the final touches in photoshop , don t know if it is a good idea..
