View Full Version : In Thine Own Z-Image
Those who may remember this old image:
I had to peek in on my little stick people again and see how they were getting along on thier project. It seems they have new technology and have progressed from Zbones to Zspheres! I also had a go at diffuse lighting, it is quite a difference from the version I have on my renderosity gallery

Well, Welcome Back, Matey!!!
And it's great to see the little guys again...The new material settings rock, and personally I'm enjoying playing with the ambient light settings, in conjunction with the 'High Dynamic Range' setting... ;)
Great to see a 'Digits' post again, Floyd! :D

That is quite a difference :ex: I thought of your stick men when I say all those Zsphere images, Your idea was so far ahead of it's time. Thanks for those Digits I played with them a lot even thoug I developed nothing serious with them. :tu: :tu: :tu: :tu:
it has your special touch Floyd-beautiful.

Mr. Digit:
I really like the "bone" people and especially the rotoscoping example you have shown using them. Well, tell me straight, is it within the capabilities of ZBrush to use them bones to animate a character, and do you have any intention of putting something like this together . . . for free? (i.e. a widget)? Seems like some royalties would be in order if you succeeded at this.
Thank you very much,
Bruce Gregory
I like the puddles of gold and that unique Digits playfulness overall :)
