HI,
I did a search and was not able to find the answer, so here is my problem...
I just downloaded the demo and I love it, but when I save a file I'm unable to go back and edit it later. The model will load but it becomes a 2D image that I can no longer seem to edit.
Is this just part of the demo restrictions or I'm i just not doing something right to make the model editable again.
Thanks for your time!

Hello,
When you save the document it saves it as a 2d (might be 2.5d, but I dont know) image instead of a 3d object. If you want the 3d model saved, either save it as a ztool, or export it as an obj mesh. To save as a ztool, go into the "tool" pulldown menu whilst the model is active (in edit mode) and select "save as". To export as an .obj, go into the "tool" pulldown menu as before, then select "export". You can do the same with textures by using the "export" function in the "texture" pulldown menu. I hope this helps. :D

I'm not sure if you can save on the demo, but if you can you do it under Tool > Save As (Hot key Ctrl + Shift + T.) And to open the model again Tool > Load Tool.
I'm assuming you've been saving under Document > Save As...

You need to save the actual tool as a tool in order to edit it later. Go to Tool>Save As> and save it as a ZTool. Then u can Load Tool and continue your work.
