I really like this render you have done...
You have captured the mood you were after and that is always tough.
My only comment would be to try and get the metal bits up to the same quality as the nice skin shader you have on the mutant.
It would really help the piece to have some sharp shiny metal edges to go with that great skin look.

Thanx for the kind words Odhinn! I agree with your shiny metal comment. I think i might take it back into Photoshop and mess around with some lighting effects there.:)
