image upload error

i'm not able to upload images....
no anymore at least..
the upload popup freeze after 10 secs in mozilla and give me server error in explorer... any suggestions...

What is the filesize of the image? What are it's X and Y dimensions?

Any image must be less than 200k, and less than 1200 pixels width or height. 1000 pixels is recommended.
