My english teacher has this red pen he uses to grade our papers, and he always writes a million things about how much better our essays could have been. It's kind of his signature, so I thought just as a kind of tribute to him, I would make a red pen look like it's really evil and convoluted.
I got the idea for the look from (quite obviously) Meats Meiers images. I guess you might say this is my attempt to do (and tribute to) a Meats Meiers piece. I always loved his style, and I just got his DVD, so I thought I could try out some of the techniques to make it look like his. Hope he doesn't mind the style copy (it's more of a tribute anyway),
