Nice head, I like the mouth and brow. Looks a bit squarish in the over all proportions, maybe you want to step to a low subdivision layer and mush it about a bit with the move tool and a really big brush.
How did you get the hole sin the eyes and mouth?

Thanks for your feedback. To make holes you hide the polygons you don't want and press "Delete Hidden" in the tool's geometry tab. :)

Sorry for the excessive number of images, but I just so satsified with this model that I couldn't control myself :)

Great topology in the wires from an animators perspective. Except for where the wire frame has a good edge loop around the mouth that ends at the nostel, idealy this could end above the nostrel where the crease on his cheeks is. Looks good though. I'm really new to z brush. Have sculpted spheres, and just learning zsperes. How did you get this great topology in the edge loops? I've seen the edge loop button, but it's of no use on a sphere from what I can tell, that's why I'm trying to learn zpheres asap. Love to know how you did it.

Well, as for the topology, that would be the magic of ZSpheres. I didn't add any adgeloops or anything, just a standart ZSpheres set up and did some modelling. :)

Well, I think I'm satisfied with the model for now. Some more shots:
