except mine don't!

Ok looking for some help here. I've done my sculpt(an oldish 1 I've updated and textured), was going to take it into Max and add the eyes.. however it seems like my eyeballs don't quite match up with the eyelids.

What is the best technique for getting eyes right. I think I've caused myself a bit of a problem in getting ahead of the game and zapplinking my texture but I still want to sort out these damned eyes.

I've looked at a couple of techniques.
1: the pixologic fisheye : ie proj map, displace sphere
this method I think works well for adding the eyeball after you have the eyelid sculpted well but my eye socket is wrong.
2: the multimarker method of adding a sphere - just not very happy with this. Positioning seems vague and my results left me looking for another method.

So ... what I'm asking is: how do you create the socket/eyes?

Thanks in advance......and probably again after ;-)

Ps - here's a couple of renders. ( Z render -photoshop 35% softlight layer after)

Whoa I have the same problem as you. Can any Zbrush master help us?

Hate to see this thread die unanswered. I'd like the same info. Any head I model ends up being all wrong in the eyelid area when trying to place an eye. This type of help would be greatly appreciated and much needed.

I'm sure there's an old thread on this, but isn't it something like, draw the head on a layer and mark it, then place the eyeballs as best you can on another layer. Then go back to the head layer, clear it and redraw the marked head, and go into edit mode. You can now pull and push the eyeball area so it fits the eyeballs on the other layer.

Hey there, el-d. After bringing this thread back to life, I did some searching and found Mahlikus The Black's Eyelid Script (http://www.zbrushcentral.com/zbc/showthread.php?t=3712). It's very good, and I've already had great results with it.

BTW: If MTB reads this, I want to thank him for a very informative and well layed out script. You've just solved perhaps my biggest problem. Thank-you X 1000.
