View Full Version : Import OBJ and use the existing UV-map?

Hi


If I import a OBJ model from eg Maya, where the model is UV-mapped already, is it possible to import the OBJ-file and still use the same UV-mapping, so that when I generate and export a displace map, its made so it fits the objects UV-map?

Yes it is possible. Zbrush, however, only supports one single UV map channel, and doesn't like overlapping UV's. Just so your aware. ;)
