this is my 1st try at Zbrush.
i really love how easy it makes organic modeling.

Well, don't take any offense but it's not easy to make really good things, i thought the same like you when i modelled my first model but now i understand Z Brush more, but i've not said that i'm good at Z Brush 'cause i ain't. ;)

The great thing about "easy" is you can concentrate on what you want to achieve, and not have to fight the program at the same time.

Great job on your first head sculpt!
ZBrush is amazingly addictive!
Easy is "Relative" as is everything in relation to eachother. I do agree with you though that ZBrush makes organic modeling a breeze!
