Hi everybody,
I've always wanted to do an animation of horse running.... I had modeled a horse in LW long time ago, so I thought I would conver that for ZBrush, reducing polygons and adding details back in ZBrush.
By ZBrushing, you can get so much more details that you could never model in.
It's just great.

heya, after all the "zombies" and all the "unreal-cretins" is your model like fresh breeze here :D :tu: :tu:
Frenchy ... I think the model is without any hair, perhaps that is to follow, but I agree it is a fine model and I would love to see this one finished.
Well done

Akira, great horse and it's neat to see something being created in ZBrush other than monsters.

Good modelling... the only thing that bothers is the face, i think you should work more on it.
And why not download some motion capture for a horse that runs and skip the hand animation?

Funny how strange a naked horse looks! ;)
It'll be fantastic with tail hair and a mane.

excellent modelling Akira! :tu: :tu:
Well done!
I like this especially cause of the proportions! (maybe somethings wrong with the head)
proportions are great....and i think that whether horse or monster - props are essential for a naturalism look.

Really good modeling!
I really like the veins!
If I had to say something would be about the face (nose area), maybe it ends too thin, but you could have some diferent references of me...well, just a felling!;)
Great modeling! Congratulations!

very beautiful horse! the front legs seem to be oddly positioned. they could probably be tilted back some so that they aren't so straight up and down.
the musculature is simply beautiful and the joint articulation is stunning! would love to see 3/4 view.

Horses are HARD, because you have to get them perfect or they are just not good at all. Love this one, you did a great job. I'm just beginning with Zbrush, but decided to start with horses, because if one can do that, one can do anything. I've only been at it a few days, my horses all look like PlayDoh <LOL>
Great work, thank you for the inspiration.
