Here's a WIP for a normal map test.
Hope to get some high frequency skin detail on it soon. I think I need some more ram though :)

Nice parts :), but I don't think the overall shape "flows" as a full body. Imo you need to think more about the style of the whole figure before adding detail. I don't know if you are working from sketches, but if not they would help pull all your good ideas together.
