Well this is my 2nd zbrush attempt. Still a work in progress. Still roughing in some detail before I start doing the skin. Putting off the skin as long as possible as i'm really kinda stumped as to how to do it. Would like a rhino type skin on him but haven't been able to re-create it.
The initial low poly model was created in lightwave, I suck at zspheres, can't get them to do what i want.

I think this is a nice job.
Id like to see some more surface detail.
There is a Gnomon DVD out there with some nice alphas that work great for surfacing creatures like this.
I have the DVD but don't remember the name.
I can find it if you like.
Right on Swampthing! Glad you are trying this again.

Well defined body, bit skinny in the belly region....and the neck needs more definition, think the difference between head/neck and neck/body could be better. Here's an example (spinosaurus which i made in the summer, not happy about it ..lacks detail but hopefully shows how i would do the neck area) :
