I'm finally posting something to the Forum. It is a cross between a 50's brainbutt alien and an 80's twisted sexual alien. Roughed in in Maya, sculpted in Zbrush. Be nice as it is my first posting. Kevin alien_model_sm_v3.jpg

You wouldn't be the Kevin Hudson of
Modelling the Human Head
Polygon Modellling Techniques
( dvd published by Gnomon, sorry it's for Maya)
If so, glad to see you here, have your dvd.
As with most, swing between self loathing, admiration, and envy.
All the good things:D
Best of luck with a fun program:tu:
Regarding skin:
Did not know if you knew this.
You may use a plugin called zapplink to apply photo to
your model.
The process works a lot better with a good photo from
a good digital camera ( not necessarily an expensive one)
To illustrate, took head and applied the frontal image
from the photo you used on the dvd ( look at mole on cheek)
If you knew this, sorry to have wasted your time, however if
you will notice you are also back near top.
Best of luck
Ps, don't knock the head, you are partially responsible.
