Well im a noob at zbrush so i cant really give you much advice but i can point you to a tutorial, its got something to do with cavity shaders i think.

Theres also a nice tutorial on the zbrush practical guide which will guide you threw the entire process from sculpting to texturing to rendering a human head it can be found here.
