Training DVDs

Can any one recommend a good training DVD. I have looked into buying the Gnomon ones and was just wondering what the best out there is. I would like to find something that’s beginner to advance.

Yesh the free movies are great, only a bit a shame that they are low res...

If i would go for a paid one my first choice would be kurv studios dvd it covers many things... basics and modelling / texturing a alien head.
