This is pretty cool! I think this has great potential, and just needs a few things to make it better.

Work a little more on his pelvis, to me it just looks wierd. I would add a crotch to make the model apear more natural. I'd also try and give him some wrists. As it is now, it looks like his arms and hands are fused into one bone. You also might want to bring the shoulders in a tad bit too. Either that or sag them as if his arms weigh a ton, which they look to be the heaviest part of his body, so that would add some great balance to the form.

As a design critique, I think this guy would be much better if he was crouched over, almost like a gorilla. His build is very close to one now.

the 'noise' on the model, you should just leave that for a bump map or something. like the idea, maybe just more definition of muscles or something. dunno.

1-Are you referring to the bumps on the pecs?

2-If so are there any other areas theat you see noise?
