GREAT start so far! i think my crit would be to bring in the tops of the ears a bit and make them a little smaller...also, increase the fullness of the upper lip...i think that might start giving her a more feminine look.

upperlip more full, nosebridge less broad, ears more small, blabla.... The ears seems to be too much infront of the skul.
Better you look for some reference.

she definitely needs a thinner neck, smaller ears and a less pronounced brow. "La donna è mobile, qual piuma al vento..."
Keep on , you're on the way!!!

ok here is what i think it looks nice although the bottom of the eye could be smoothed a bit which would solve the "upside down feeliing" also,
the nose could be a bit wideralthough i know someone told you to thin it a bit i still think it would look better
she slightly like sigourney weaver maybe its because she has such a bold face...

Work on the eyes. They are too close. The distance between them should be approximately one eye. Otherwise it is getting nice.:tu:

?? I can show you where are the mistakes in this model, but after this model there will be more. So you have to learn to observe. Every time you see something, try to see it like you see it for the first time. This way is the best to learn how to make a shape or to remember how to paint or sculpt things. If you look to your hands now that way, you will say: 'Wow, that's a great design!' This way of looking at the world around is the only way to learn, because your mind is thinking to know how a shape looks like. A bad memory makes the different between a good or a bad sculpture. This is the best lesson you can get.

I think the ears are still too big! they should be at the end of the jaw! and they will finbish at the same level as the eyes!
i totally agree with bas mazur ! u should observe alot! even if u are in the bus or in the street u will discover loads of things! watching at people how they are how the colour is!

We usually associate baldness with masculinity, so often when we see an untextured bald head, we instinctively respond thereafter, even if the face's features indeed are female. Try a quick paintover in Photoshop or GIMP, just roughly blocking out a female haircut in 2D (or 3D of course) and see if that helps.
