exporting models made with z sphere

I wish to make models to export as obj to use in other programmes. How do I do this? Is there a way to save the z sphere model as obj. I have searched quick links and looked for scripts but can't find anything. Please help.

In order to export the Zsphere model to another program you first have to turn it into a "proper" model by skinning it. Use the adaptive or unified skinning buttons under the Zsphere inventory panel.

You should now have an object that you can export as OBJ or DXF.
