it is called uv tiles I believe. Right now that is all I can offer..sorry. I do lnow that you can change the mapping method in the tools ::modifiers ::texture.
There is nothing wrong. What you are seeing is, as Mahlikus pointed out, a new UVMapping method that takes full advantage of TextureMaster's ability to paint directly on the model. Because every polygon is unwrapped separately, it is as distortion-free as a texture can be.

This is the resulting texture output of the ZBrush default method of tiling the texture, but as MTB has stated, there are other methods that yield the 'traditional' results. What you have now is the ZBrush method that yields the best 'quality'.
