Had a nice break from Zbrushing, from everything really, and it really helped clear the mind. Now I'm ready to draw/model/ paint again, and I'm even looking forward to it. Pheeew, thats a relief. :D

Willy Wonkas's evil brother's Sludge Factory:

Slaving day and night Billy Wonka's minions produce the stickiest sludge man has yet to been drowned in. The midnight oil burns ever bright at Billy's factory, where ..... wait , it's not a factory at all. It's Pixologic H.Q where they slave away at the next version of Zbrush. :D

This looks really good.

especially the lighting in there, I just have one question though regarding the ground, did you use imported textures for that?

Looks really beautiful ;)

Witty and lovingly rendered. Fantastic lighting too, especially that sky. :tu:

Bravo ! We don't see many architectures on this forum ! Zbrush can make this with same facilities than organic form !

Thank you for the comments. I should be posting some step-by-steps within the next couple of days. Not about the whole process of making this image, but rather on specific "techniques" used.

Mr T, sorry, Mr Z :D , There are no imported textures, or any textures for that matter. You'll see when I post some more pics , its all in the material and lighting + a tiny bit of color variation. In fact I'll have to experiment a bit myself to work out how I did it :)
