Ok, taken a while to get round to using this package... what at treat it is! Just been messing around using Max to generate a proxy mesh and then upping the detail in Zbrush, finally adding a bit of photoshop jiggery pokery to bring it all together.
Gonna use Zbrush 2 religiously from here on in..... Going to add more detail to the face and add a body when I get another hour or so free....

Looks great! What material did you use for the skin? - Baz

Used a custom material for the skin with a neutral flesh tone to it.... the rest is handled through lighting. Strong white key light off to the top left (image left) and a mid range red light as a fill to the bottom right (image right - non shadow casting). Also the ambient light is set to a similar flesh tone to the skin with a small intensity value so as not to loose shadow detail..... hope this helps?
Not the best setup but as its a doodle it doesn't really matter...
