Ok, now to show how slow I am at grasping all this I just found out and can find the adaptive skin-pf stuff to work. Now would someone help me find out how to get the extra poly's that Grub was showing in his message to the board. Thanks from a VERY slow learner. :D

I assume it's this....In edit mode, hold down control and darken the areas you want more polys on in your model. Then go to the modifier menu for the object and in selection, pick "Inverse"...once this is done, go to defprmer menu and pick devide. It will double the polys.
