Unfinished female body

I use ZSpher to make the hand (One ZSphere with 5 childs), But 3 fingers occupied in same face of the mother Zspher. polygonc become a mass. Is there any good way to make a hand?

no problem, although, I think if u modify the membrane it will give it another look but It will also change the rest of the body. So try getting as many Zspheres separated from each other and keep a simple ratio between them.
