View Full Version : did anybody have problem (maybe maya problem)

Hi all
I imported a mesh from maya to Z then i remmebered i made no uvs got back to maya chnged the uvs and got back to Z and everything was cool but then i deleted some of the model (to work on the face and get a better desplacement) and took the low mesh into maya to change the uvs (so i can squeeze more details in it. for some reason i cant take it back to Z (obj)
when i import the modified mesh and switch to higher subdiv it screws everything up but only in the areas in wich i played /fixed the UVs
i played with the settings but never got it fixed
did any body have this problem am i doing something wrong
its like Z is keeping deformation on a map attached to the uvs or something
PLZ help me fix this
i am new at Z so detailed help will be appricciated
